Scope of Service

• GESEME provides a platform for discovery, matchmaking, and facilitation.

• GESEME does not sell, deliver, or guarantee the quality of products.

• All transactions are between Provider and Seeker; GESEME charges a facilitation fee.

User Eligibility

• Users must be 18+ and legally able to transact in India.

• Providers must register products using the 9×9×9 hierarchy.

• Seekers must provide accurate details for effective matchmaking.

Fees & Payments

• All users pay a subscription/facilitation fee for listing products and other services.

• Seekers can browse freely; charges apply only when contacting a provider.

• Payments are processed securely via the portal’s payment gateway.

• Fees and payments are dynamic and can change without notice.

Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds except for technical/system failures confirmed by GESEME.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product, pricing, and location info.

• Comply with applicable trade, safety, and tax laws.

• Do not misuse the platform for fraud or spam.

Limitation of Liability

• GESEME facilitates matchmaking only.

• Not liable for product quality, delivery, or payment disputes.

Governing Law

• Indian law; disputes are subject to courts in India.
